The Place


THE ARENA Big 80 'x 120 ' sand based arena can accommodate many riders at once, daylight riding with natural skylight lighting Well lit for evening use, access to tack room and paddocks can be all done form inside arena RAIN OR SHINE RIDE ANY TIME RUN THE BARRELS - BEND SOME POLES - DO SOME JUMPS - RIDE - JUST RIDE

WE LIVE HERE
This is our home - we live on the property year round. Horses are checked twice a day, special need horses can be accommodated in stalls with walk out or special paddock accommodations.

PASTURE
Pasture consists of 70 acres split fence pasture with lots of space so that up to 50 horses can be easily accommodated. Well sheltered during winter months and horses are fed hay year round in round bale feeders.

ALL HORSES COMING TO BOARD MUST HAVE 5 DAY NEGATIVE COGGINS BEFORE THEY ENTER THE PROPERTY

SECURITY
We don’t divulge all our security features BUT as with any business they are required - Just ask Abby our head of security who is on patrol 24 / 7 / 365 who is friendly by day and definitely a different dog at night - so do not come after stable hours - it can be a experience you won’t forget.

PADDOCKS
Several paddocks surround the barn, all have fresh city water heated in the winter months. Most paddocks have shelters and are complete with round bale free choice hay feeders.

THE BARN
Each Barn has all wood box stalls with locking gates. Barn #2 "new barn" also has 2 tack up stalls and four walk out stalls.

WARM UP ROOM
For you hardy winter riders. There’s a warm up area overlooking the arena it can accommodate 10-12 people.

55' ROUND PEN
55' round pen plywood sheeted sand base so that your horse is paying attention to you. The round pen has night lighting for the later hours.

TACK ROOMS Spacious tack rooms inside both barns can accommodate up to 35 saddles and bridles also there is a lockable change room off at one end along with "potty facilities".
